One Last Christmas Card

One last card I forgot to blog!

Can't believe I don't want any more chocolate.  Usually takes me till New Year's Day to feel like that! Back to work tomorrow for 3 days so today is my last chance to make New Year's cards for the folks I forgot to send Christmas cards to.  You know those cards .... they arrive last minute Christmas Eve and you look at them and say, it'll have to be a New Year's card in return!

I'd like to enter this into:

Last Minute Tags

Now that all the Christmas shopping is done, tags are in high demand in this house and there isn't much time for making things!

I cut these with a Docrafts die from Neenah Classic Cream card. I die cut the Britannia poinsettias from various cardstocks, inked edges with distress inks and added sequins and some ribbon from Aldi.

Even faster last minute tags tomorrow ....

Mid-Month Inspiration at Craft for the Craic

Can you believe it's Christmas week?

Somehow I found a little time to make a Christmas cover for my Personal Planner.  I've used Trimcraft papers and a Waltzingmouse Stamps set, with some dies and sequins.

If you've been creating for Christmas don't forget to share it with us over at Craft for the Craic where it's time for some mid-month inspiration.

I'll be back tomorrow with some last minute tags.

Christmas Cheer at Craft for the Craic

Over at Craft for the Craic this month, the theme is Christmas Cheer!

As my hubby makes his own wine, (which is a great way to spread Christmas Cheer), I decided to make bottle tags for the bottles he hands out at Christmas.  I began by inking some tumbled Glass onto cardstock before stamping snowflakes with the same ink.  I made the tag, then stamped Waltzingmouse Stamps Seasonal Remedies in Versamark before embossing with Black Twinke embossing powder.  I then used Festive Berries and water to colour in, before adding a little Antique Linen with a sponge.  A sprinkle of sequins and I was finished.

We'd love to see what you're crafting this December at Craft for the Craic.
