Stamp and Emboss

Love the new Hero Arts/Sizzix Stamp and Embossing Folder sets.

I inked the stamp with Evergreen Bough distress ink, wiped the ink away from the berries and coloured those with Festive Berries distress ink, then stamped and ran the card through the embossing folder, distressing the edges afterwards with Evergreen Bough. The sentiment is from Papermania.  Fast and easy Christmas card!

Here are some variations - the first one involved inking the embossing folder first with Hero Arts Soft Sand, the second with Soft Pool.

Thanks for visiting! Ger x.

  1. Beautiful cards Ger. It's lovely to see the embossing folders and stamp sets in action so to speak.
I've been trying to catch up as I've been up to my eyes getting the renovations done but it's easier said than done!
You have posted some gorgeous cards lately - sorry I can't comment on each one.
Have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy and healthy New year.
